Habitat Hernando

A TYPICAL HABITAT HOME includes 1,150 square feet of living space, with three bedrooms and 1.5 or 2 baths. The house is built with all new materials and comes fully-fitted with all new kitchen equipment, full HVAC, landscaping and a garden shed. Each partnering family is given an interest-free mortgage.
