A TYPICAL HABITAT HOME includes 1,150 square feet of living space, with three bedrooms and 1.5 or 2 baths. The house is built with all new materials and comes fully-fitted with all new kitchen equipment, full HVAC, landscaping and a garden shed. Each partnering family is given a 25-year, interest-free mortgage.

We would like to thank the Construction Sciences class at Nature Coast Technical High School.

They helped build houses at Stubbs St. and Irving St., and are now working on Redington St. in Tangerine Estates.
